At Fivem Dealership, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
